OneClick LLC (“OneClick,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides automated software services built on top of the Solana blockchain ecosystem. Our services include but are not limited to: CT Tracker, Launch Zone, OneClick Launching, My Feed, wallet management integrations, and supporting application programming interfaces, Solana blockchain infrastructure, and Solana smart contracts (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are primarily accessed through our website, https://oneclick.bond (the “Platform”).
These Terms of Use (the “Terms” or this “Agreement”) (i) set forth the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the Platform and Services, and (ii) form a legally binding agreement between OneClick and you and/or the entity you represent (“you,” “your,” or “User”). 1. PLEASE NOTE: THESE TERMS REQUIRE INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION FOR DISPUTE RESOLUTION (SEE “MANDATORY ARBITRATION” BELOW), INSTEAD OF JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS.
3. Beta Testing Notice
If the Platform or certain features are offered in beta, they are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” Beta use is at your own risk and may involve bugs, disruptions, or data loss. OneClick may modify or discontinue beta features without notice.
4. Key Management and Digital Assets
OneClick integrates with Turnkey, a third-party wallet and key management provider.
Custody: OneClick does not custody, store, or back up your private keys or digital assets.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for securing your Turnkey account credentials, recovery methods, and associated security measures.
No Recovery: If you lose access to your OneClick account and recovery keys, OneClick cannot recover your digital assets.
Third-Party Risks: Use of Turnkey is subject to Turnkey’s own terms of service and policies. OneClick disclaims liability for failures, breaches, or downtime of Turnkey.
5. Fees
Accessing certain features may incur fees, including:
OneClick service fees;
Solana network fees;
Displayed fees are estimates and may differ from actual costs, these fees can change without warning

6. No Investment Advice
OneClick provides automation and tooling. We do not provide investment, financial, or trading advice. Automated token launches are speculative and risky. You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes;
Circumvent access controls or security measures;
Manipulate reward programs, trading activity, or system automation;
Impersonate others or misrepresent information;
Violate sanctions or AML laws.
8. Third-Party Services
The Platform relies on integrations with Turnkey, Solana, Twitter (X), and other third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their terms and policies. OneClick disclaims responsibility for third-party services.
9. Intellectual Property and Feedback
OneClick owns all rights in the Platform and Services. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use any feedback you provide.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneClick and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or third-party services.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONECLICK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
Digital assets are high-risk and vulnerable to hacks or failures. You assume all risks.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, except for arbitration provisions governed by the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act.

13. Mandatory Arbitration
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The seat of arbitration shall be in Delaware, USA. Proceedings shall occur within 90 days of filing, with awards within 120 days.
14. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks, pandemics).
