Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 1st, 2025

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how OneClick LLC (“OneClick,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website at https://oneclick.bond (the “Site”) or use any of our products and services, including CT Tracker, Launch Zone, OneClick Launching, My Feed, and wallet integrations powered by Turnkey (together, the “Services”).

By using the Site or Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Site and Services.

1. Our Approach to Privacy

We know that privacy and trust are critical when dealing with blockchain-based tools. We aim to be transparent about what we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

We do not require traditional personal identifiers (like your name, phone number, or tax ID) to let you use the Services. Instead, most of the data we process relates to public blockchain activity, device/browser metadata, and usage behavior.

2. What Information We Collect

Information You Provide Blockchain data: such as your Solana wallet address, token transactions, and interactions with our launch tools.

Communications: if you contact us directly (e.g., email support), we will collect the information you provide. Information Collected Automatically

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device characteristics, operating system, and access times.

Usage data: activity within CT Tracker, Launch Zone, Launching, and My Feed, including feature interactions and settings.

Cookies/trackers: small files that help us manage sessions, analyze traffic, and improve performance.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

Operate and maintain the Site and Services; Deliver features like CT Tracker and automated token launching; Monitor performance, debug issues, and enhance user experience; Provide support and communicate with you when you reach out; Protect against fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Services; Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

4. Security Practices

OneClick will never ask for your private keys or bank details.

Wallet keys are handled through Turnkey, not stored or controlled by OneClick. We apply industry-standard protections (encryption, CDN firewalls, secure hosting).

No system is perfectly secure—users are responsible for safeguarding their own devices and credentials.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information in the following situations:

Transaction-related data: shared with Solana infrastructure, liquidity providers, or routing services to enable faster execution and better outcomes. Examples include wallet addresses, order size, or timestamps.

Third-party integrations: OneClick relies on Turnkey for wallet management, Twitter/X APIs for CT Tracker, and infrastructure partners (e.g., Vercel, Cloudflare, Google Analytics) to operate. These providers process data under their own policies.

Legal reasons: to comply with law, respond to requests from authorities, or protect rights and safety.

Business transfers: in the case of a merger, acquisition, or similar corporate transaction.

Aggregate or anonymized data: we may share usage trends or analytics that do not identify individuals.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Cookies help us manage logins, remember settings, and measure performance. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some Services may not function properly without them.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights to:

Access the data we hold about you;

Request correction or deletion;

Restrict or object to certain processing;

Request data portability (e.g., for GDPR users in the EEA);

Learn about disclosures to third parties (e.g., California residents under CCPA). To exercise these rights, email us at contact@oneclick.bond . Some blockchain-related data cannot be deleted because it is permanently recorded on public ledgers.

8. Data Retention

Blockchain data: permanent and public by design.

Transaction metadata: retained up to 7 years for regulatory and fraud prevention purposes.

Technical logs (e.g., IP/session data): retained up to 5 years for security.

Analytics data: generally retained up to 5 years.

Where possible, data is anonymized or deleted once it is no longer needed.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If such data is found, it will be deleted.

10. Policy Updates

We may revise this Policy from time to time. If changes are significant, we will provide notice (e.g., through the Site). Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Policy.
